Counselling for adults and adolescents provides guidance for individuals to work on issues or concerns that may be hindering their ability to be more effective and productive in their life. Areas of concern may be around the home, school, in the work environment, communicating with others, lifestyles or even in the process of change itself.
Counselling for adults and adolescents can lead to self-understanding and self-knowledge, which further enhances one’s confidence and self-esteem and the ability to effectively face life’s challenges.
Allows each individual to be heard, while at the same time understanding the differing perspectives of the other family members. Family counselling helps to validate each member of the family in order to facilitate and experience healthy negotiations of difficult issues
Relationship counselling enables couples to diffuse conflict, communicate more effectively, understand and resolve problems in the relationship. Relationship counselling helps the couple to learn to identify their needs and wants, share dreams and gain a greater appreciation and acceptance of their partner.
Bringing together a functional blended family can be both challenging and rewarding. Can also very quickly or over time become disfunctional, distressing and wounding for all or some members and relationship within the family group.
Through counselling it is possible to find a way through the fears, hurts and disconnects to transforming these relationships and creating an integrated, expanded family that is meaningful and can add to the experiences of life for the individual and family rather than being seen as taking away from life within the family. There will be a lot of insight, understanding and better, more open communication through this process.

Employee Assistance Programs
These programs are popular with many major businesses and organisations. EAP's give workers and members of their families an opportunity to solve personal problems such as alcohol and drug abuse, depression, stress, marital issues and other potentially harmful situations before problems adversely impact on job performance. EAP's can provide professional assessment and counselling for workers and their families. They are also a resource for wellness training in the workplace through onsite workshops and education programmes.
The benefits of an EAP extend to the employee, their family, co-workers and the organisation itself. Organisations with EAP's can also experience cost savings through such things as absenteeism, on-the-job accidents and tardiness.
