What is Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction?
Mindfulness is developed by purposefully paying attention in a non-judgmental way, in the present moment.

MBSR brings together meditation techniques with psychological research for improving physical, mental, and emotional wellbeing. The LifeConnect therapists practice MBSR throughout their therapy, and Cheryl Assuage who is a Director, Psychotherapist, and a trained Mindfulness Practitioner, gives one-on-one coaching in MBSR.

Who is it for?
We welcome people who want to develop more peace of mind and are prepared to commit to improving their own health and well-being.
