  David Baldwin

David Baldwin
BA (Hons), Member APS Clinical College; Member APS Counselling College; MAPS

Managing Director and registered Clinical and Counselling Psychologist with specialised training in adult psychotherapy, relationship therapy, executive mentoring and coaching. David has served as an Honorary Associate and Field Supervisor on the Masters and Doctorate Psychology program at Macquarie University. He is currently a supervisor for the Macquarie University Postgraduate Diploma in Psychology.

  Cheryl Assuage

Cheryl Assuage
RN, Dip Psychotherapy, Member ANZAP

Director and Psychotherapist with specialised training in developmental psychology, self-psychology, the conversational model and Mindfulness Based Stress Reduction (MBSR). Cheryl is a highly experienced psychotherapist, MBSR practitioner and relationship counsellor. Cheryl brings a wealth of knowledge to therapy and both parenting and step parenting issues. She is the author of the Life Map Program and has served on several boards including in relation to drug and alcohol treatment programs.

Cheryl’s expertise in developmental and self-psychology focuses on strengthening the sense of self. This is an evidenced-based approach with underpinnings in the psychological discipline of Attachment Theory.

  Lyndsay Babcock

Lyndsay Babcock
BA Psych (Specialised Hons.), Doctor of Psychology (Cand.), Assoc. MAPS

Registered Counselling Psychologist with special interests in psychotherapy. Lyndsay also utilises Cognitive Behaviour Therapy (CBT), and Systemic Therapy for adults and adolescents dealing with a variety of concerns including: personality disorders, mood and anxiety disorders, interpersonal relationships problems and life transitions. Lyndsay’s therapeutic aim is to help individuals develop greater self-awareness in a safe, supportive and accepting environment.

   

Dr Jennifer Gibbs Bestel
BA (Psych), MA (ClinPsych), PhD (ClinPsych), MAPS

Jennifer has worked for over ten years in mental health in the USA and Australia. She has provided extensive treatment to individuals who experience depression, anxiety, addictions, chronic relationship difficulties and work stress. Her approach includes supportive psychotherapy and CBT. Jennifer's aim is to assist people gain self awareness, improved relationships and a fulfilling work/life balance. She has specific interests in the psychology of illness, sexuality and addictions.
